Ich hörte sagen

Zu Gast bei Scotty Enterprises Berlin sind die französischen KünstlerInnen Cannelle Tanc und Frédéric Vincent, die den Pariser Projektraum Immanence betreiben.

Der Titel der Ausstellung ist dem Gedicht Paul Celans „Ich hörte sagen“ entnommen.
Cannelle Tanc überarbeitet für die Ausstellung Dokumente und Zeichnungen, die sie während einer Reise durch Arizona, USA und während eines Workshops mit dem Navajo Künstler Joe Ben jr. gemacht hat.
Das Hauptthema der künstlerischen Arbeit von Frédérik Vincent ist das Kuratieren und das in all seinen Formen: Ausstellungen organisiert von Künstlern, von Kuratoren, Schriftstellern, Philosophen und Kritikern. Vincents Arbeit stellt Fragen zum Kuratieren und zur Präsentation von Ausstellungen.
Präsentiert werden Joseph Beuys Werk „Honigpumpe am Arbeitsplatz – Honigpumpe“, 1977 (veröffentlicht von der Edition Staeck und Free International University) und Richard Hamiltons White Album Cover der Beatles aus dem  Jahr 1968. Die Arbeit wurde vom Hamilton im Zuge eines Treffens mit Frédérik Vincent signiert.
In der Ausstellung werden die Stimmen von Richard Hamilton, Paul Clean, Le Corbusier, Georges Bataille, Antonin Artaud, Jean-Luc Godard, Gilles Deleuze, Marcel Duchamp, Robert Filliou und Harald Seemann zu hören sein.

The title of the exhibition is taken from Paul Celan’s poem „Ich hörte sagen“.
For the exhibition, Cannelle Tanc re-works documents and drawings made while traveling in Arizona and during a workshop with the Navajo artist, Joe Ben jr.
The main subject of the artistic work of Frédéric Vincent is curatorial practice in all its forms – exhibitions curated by artists, by writers, philosophers or art critics. Frédéric Vincent’s artwork questions forms of curation and display.
The Joseph Beuys ‘s pièce “Honigpumpe am Arbeitsplatz – Honeypump” (1977) will be presented (Published by the Staeck Editions and the Free International University). The Richard Hamilton piece is his sleeve of the Beatles White Album, signed by the artist during his meeting with Frédéric Vincent.
Hamilton’s voice, along with those of other writers, artists, curators and philosophers, like Paul Celan, Le Corbusier, Georges Bataille, Antonin Artaud, Jean-Luc Godard, Gilles Deleuze, Marcel Duchamp, Robert Filliou, and Harald Szeemann can be heard throughout the exhibition.

Le titre de l’exposition est celui d’un poème Paul Celan « Ich hörte sagen », « J’ai entendu dire ».
Pour cette exposition Cannelle Tanc reprends des documents et traces lors d’un workshop avec l’artiste navajo Joe Ben jr et un voyage aux USA. La matière principale du travail artistique de
Frédéric Vincent est le commissariat d’exposition, et ceux sous toutes ses formes, expositions organisées par des artistes, des commissaires, des écrivains, des philosophes ou des critiques d’art.  Le travail de Frédéric Vincent est un questionnement sur le commissariat d’exposition et le dispositif.
Sera présentée, la pièce de Joseph Beuys est « Honigpumpe am Arbeitsplatz – Honeypump » de 1977. Edité par Les éditions Staeck et la Free International University. La pièce de Richard Hamilton est La pochette de Disque de l’album blanc des Beatles que Richard Hamilton a réalisée en 1968. Cette œuvre a été signée par l’artiste lors de ses rencontres avec Frédéric Vincent.
L’exposition est accompagnée par des voix d’artistes, architectes et écrivains. Le public entendra en visitant l’exposition, les voix de Paul Celan, Le Corbusier, Georges Bataille, Antonin Artaud, Jean-Luc Godard, Gilles Deleuze, Marcel Duchamp, Robert Filliou, Richard Hamilton, Harald Szeemann.
